👋 What’s Up Wentzville!

Well, Wentzville, October is really leaning into its personality now. The calendar is packed with ways to get out, try something different, and squeeze a little more fun out of fall.

This week, you can carve pumpkins, try a glow-in-the-dark disc golf tournament, join a social bike ride, get creative with gourds, or catch the final weekend of the Renaissance Festival. And if you’ve ever wondered what happens when someone drops a pumpkin from an airplane, well… we have an event for that, too.

First, though, there’s an important community heads-up from the City of Wentzville that you’ll want to know about before making next week’s plans.

Here’s what’s up around Wentzville this week!👇

📌A Few Things To Know

🚰 Wentzville: A Water Advisory Is Coming

The City of Wentzville is preparing for a temporary shutdown of its primary water-supply connection beginning early Monday, October 26, weather permitting. The work is expected to take about 24 hours, followed by water-quality testing.

Water service is expected to continue, but residents may experience reduced pressure. A citywide precautionary boil advisory is anticipated to begin Tuesday, October 27, and will remain in effect until satisfactory water-quality test results are received and the City officially lifts it.

In the meantime, the City is asking residents to conserve water by limiting nonessential uses such as irrigation, laundry, and other high-volume activities.

Important: Check the City's official water advisory page for the latest timing and instructions. The advisory is not officially in effect until the City announces it.

You can also explore historic military aircraft and vehicles, tour the Commemorative Air Force Museum, and check out experimental and home-built aircraft. Admission is free; aircraft rides cost extra and are subject to availability. Now that’s a fall event with a little altitude!
