👋 What’s Up Wentzville!
Good morning! Did you hear the news? Someone recently won $1,000,000 from the Wentzville Fastlane gas station scratcher.
Yes. A casual “grab a soda and a Slim Jim” stop turned into millionaire status.
For perspective, your odds of winning one of those are in the “one in a millions”. You actually have a much higher chance of being struck by lightning in your lifetime (1 in 15,300).
So if you’ve been buying scratchers thinking, “This is my moment,” just know you’re statistically more likely to glow in the dark during a thunderstorm. ⚡
That said… if your neighbor suddenly pulls up with a brand-new truck and a bass boat this week, it might be time to introduce yourself. Purely for research purposes, of course. 😆
Alright — here’s what’s happening around Wentzville 👇

Not So Valentine’s Weekend Ideas
Not everything this weekend involves roses.
Here’s what else is happening:
🎯 BB Shoot
Test your aim and compete in a local BB shooting event.
🃏 Card Show
Buy, sell, and trade Pokemon cards and collectibles with fellow collectors.
🎯 Dart Night
Casual competition, cold drinks, and solid bragging rights.
🏃 SLUG Saturday Run
Morning group run — show up, move your legs, feel accomplished before noon.
⛪ United Women in Faith Gathering
Community connection and fellowship event hosted locally. Going over the importance of self-care and goal setting.
More events pop up throughout the week — but these are your easy wins for getting out of the house. Plus, with the weather we are having, just stepping outside counts.

New & Coming Soon
🏋️ Crunch Fitness Approved for Wentzville
A new Crunch Fitness location has officially been approved at the northeast corner of Wentzville Parkway and Crystal Creek Parkway.
The Planning & Zoning Commission gave the green light at their February 9 meeting, allowing the project to move forward to the next phase.
Important note:
This was site plan approval — not building permits yet. Construction won’t begin until permits are issued.
But it’s happening.
So if your 2026 “this is the year” gym plan is still alive… you may soon have another option.
We’ll keep you posted as development progresses.

Quick Question…
How far will you go for a good event?

That’s it for this week.
If there’s an event, school thing, local business, or community win you think should be included in a future issue, just reply to this email and tell me. I read every reply.
Also, if you own a business or know someone who does, I’m looking for sponsors of our newsletter. Email me at [email protected] if you’re interested in learning more.
See you next Thursday,
